Which is better ascension or shangri la

Worst: Zetsubou No Shima - I fucking hate spiders. I don't really mind this map, but I hate spiders and I don't like the farming mechanic. I promise its a coincidence that the jungle maps are my least favorite lmao. Would've put Classified here, but it's not a new map so. Excellent break downs and I initially had TranZit in my comment for least favorite but I went back and changed it to Die Rise because everything you said made so much sense.

Nuketown is a fight for survival and ammo, it's tight and hard and intense. Better than town imo. Later rounds get hard because no one likes to stay in their backyards or in the middle and makes things a mess. Nuketown is still my favorite though. Waw: best: der riese worst: shi no Numa Bo1: best: cotd or moon worst: kino Bo2: best: mob worst: tranzit Bo3: best: de worst: revelations but I still like it Ww2: best: tfr worst: the rest of the game Iw: best: the first 4 worst: beast Bo4: best: dotn worst: vod.

Black ops 3: Favorite was can I say all? I just don't like it that much. It has great atmosphere, but it's a pain in the ass to play. It feels like there are so many easy mistakes you can make that just fuck you over for the rest of the game.

Fair enough. It is a very RNG driven and unfair map. For me it's the simple EE and atmosphere that keeps bringing me back. Question, is WW2 worth getting for the zombies? I want something that feels more spooky than BO3 or 4 zombies. Honestly, I think WW2 Zombies gets way too much hate. It isn't as good as BO2 or 3, but it's definitely better than BO4.

WW2 nails the spooky aesthetic in a way that none of the other games really have, and that draws me back into it more frequently than some of the others. The Final Reich and Groesten House are really strong launch maps, and although the dlcs have their issues Darkest Shore is really small and Tortured Path isn't the traditional zombies set up they are far more fun than most people are willing to give credit for imho.

That's what I paid for it and I think I got my money's worth without ever touching anything other than zombies, lol I put a stupid amount of hours into the launch maps alone especially Groesten House, Its deceptively addicting. I have nothing against Nacht, it just didn't age well for me and it's boring to go back and play. I love Shang. I love that it is difficult without being impossible or annoying. On the other hand, Moon is really annoying and tedious. There's so many little things that just piss me off about moon.

I am new to Bo3 after just coming back to zombies. I don't dislike any map here. I haven't played ZNS or Rev though. I haven't played Bo4 either. Lmao I'm so glad somebody agrees, I was so excited to play Gorod cuz everyone was saying it was the best map yet and it was kinda disappointing at the time tbh.

WaW - Der Riese - My favourite map as a kid, never got tired of it. BO1 - Shangri-La - It was between this and ascension, also I am strictly going by the BO3 versions here, but I think Shang has a bit more replay value due to how challenging and fun training is on that map. BO3 - Shadows - Honestly with the exception of Revelations which is still a fun map all these maps are near equal to me, I loved the BO3 season so much.

I don't understand why good training spots are the be-all and end-all of a map. Makes no sense to me especially since OP criticised Nuketown for having nothing to do. I wouldn't say it's the end all be all, but I find maps without good training spots get stale pretty quickly. Training might just be running in an endless circle, but it's more entertaining than camping and more viable than just wandering.

I find camping to be more entertaining. Visuals aside, Shangri-La is a map that would benefit from some new areas being added and fixing some frustrating things like the mud maze and its randomness.

A remastered Shangri-La can take notes from Classified a Five remaster by letting you know the routes before you step on them. The monkeys can also be adjusted to be a little less annoying, as losing a drop from not being able to get to it in time can be frustrating.

Ascension is a large map, with tons of space to run around in. Most remastered maps outside of The Giant has added new areas, and that's something that Ascension doesn't need. The weapon variety is already fantastic as well, with multiple tactical weapons to make for varied runs of Ascension. There's nothing to improve upon on Ascension, so it shouldn't be on the mind for remakes.

The storyline for the map was perfect, and changing it would hurt the map more than help it. Verruckt is an incredibly small map and one that would benefit from a remaster. It can be a small part of an overall larger map, just like how Nacht Der Untoten is a small part of Die Maschine. There's a lot of areas that can be explored from outside of its walls. Being able to explore the center courtyard for the first time would be amazing, especially since it's one of the most iconic un-reachable areas of Zombies.

From what we've seen of Die Maschine, Zombies is returning to its scary roots, so Verruckt is the perfect match to fit that theme. The atmosphere is incredible, however, it's not one that would fit into the tone of Cold War Zombies. IX is something that works well in the Chaos storyline but doesn't in any other one. While the idea of IX outside of Black Ops 4 may be tempting for some, IX is a map that should stay in the game it was introduced in. IX is also too new of a map, and needs time to settle before remake talks should even be considered.

A map set in the center of a swamp is ripe for an extension. There's plenty of areas on Shi No Numa that can be opened up, enabling tons of new additions that could be added. With the swamp aesthetic, searching for new items could prove to be incredibly fun.

There could also be ways included to make moving around in the swamp easier. I can't take anyone who likes MLP seriously. User Info: smashthesmurfs. Call of the dead but I haven't played ascension. GT: papa cashwads. User Info: Proudleaf Ascension or Shangri-La. Both maps are fantastic. You're gonna love my nuts. User Info: ingo4. If you can you should get the newest pack that just came out. It comes with 5 zombie maps including Moon which is like the best one ever.

These pretzels are making me thirsty! User Info: xihetec. Ascension is by far the best zombies map except for maybe Moon Not changing this sig again until I feel like it. User Info: NejiHyuga Ascension is the easiest out of them but Call of the Dead and Shangri-La has more perks and they are more challenging.

If you don't have Moon, you should get Moon instead. User Info: UhOhJoe.
